A cylinder block is the powerhouse for the motor vehicle. The solid cast car part houses the cylinders and their components (gaskets, valves, and seals) inside a lubricated and cooled crankcase. Since it is one of the most important parts of your car, the block is designed to be extremely strong and sturdy. Although strong and sturdy, the block is susceptible to failure resulting in a vehicle that won't start. Cracked blocks, porous blocks, core plug, or freeze plug failure are some of the problems facing cylinder blocks. Call 479-751-1334 to talk to the mechanics of Springdale Tire & Service about your cylinder block problems.
A cylinder head is the closed end of a cylinder (located in a car's engine block). It sits above the cylinder block, closing the top of the cylinder and forming the combustion chamber. The cylinder head coordinates airflow in and out of the engine. Since the cylinder head's chief function is to seal the cylinders properly, insufficient compression results in the car being difficult to drive. To have your cylinder head checked and repaired, talk to Springdale Tire & Service's cylinder head repair and reconditioning specialists today.

A timing belt is a part of your car's internal combustion engine. The belt synchronizes the camshaft and the crankshaft rotation so that the engine valves open and close at the correct timings. Also, the belt prevents the piston from striking the valves in an interference engine. A timing Belt is a rubber belt that usually features teeth on the inside surface, while a timing chain is a metal roller chain. Most cars we drive now have timing belts instead of timing chains and gears. Although different manufacturers have their recommended mileage, you need to have your car's timing belt checked regularly. To have it checked by experts, contact Springdale Tire & Service today.
Although most manufacturers recommend a transmission flush every 30,000 miles or every two years, some symptoms may indicate that you need a transmission flush sooner. Some of the symptoms that indicate that your car needs a transmission flush sooner are: transmission grinding or strange noises, problems shifting gears, slipping gears, surging of the car, and delay in vehicle movement. Flushing the used fluid from the transmission washes away tiny particles of dirt, clutch material, and metal shavings. For all your transmission flush needs, call 479-751-1334 or visit Springdale Tire & Service today - we are transmission experts.

Excellent service. I recommend them to everyone I know. Fast, easy, and best prices in town.
Quick and easy repair for my tire and very affordable.
Can do most of anything. Skip the overpriced dealers and go here first. Very good customer service.
I always check here before I buy. My experiences have been positive, and they have saved me money on more than one occasion.
We always buy our tires at Springdale Tire. They have always been honest with us, which is a valuable asset. They are busy so plan to drop off your vehicle or walk down the street and eat a bite at Susan's while you wait.
Great place to do business. I've been having tires repaired here for almost 20 years. They have always been friendly and try to work me in quickly. They have good prices, and I trust them. Recently I went in to have a screw removed from my tire. They could have said they repaired it and charged me the fee, but they were honest with me and told me that the screw hadn't actually punctured my tire, it was only wedged in. They didn't charge me a dime, and I was on my way. They do stay extremely busy, but I'm sure it's just because they are such a great place to do business with!
Great place to take your car. They have always been very fair and affordable!! Billy, that works on my car when I go in, is awesome and staff is very friendly! Would highly recommend.
Great service and prices, been in business for over forty years.

These guys are absolutely amazing! They are so nice here and very helpful. They have done work for us a few times, and it has always been exceptional, and their prices are so affordable as well. I would definitely recommend them to everybody!
Great mechanics and fair prices.
I started going here about 10 years ago. They are great at customer service. They are one business who will not overcharge you. Once I was quoted $4K by a dealer for a repair. I brought it here, and $50 solved the whole problem. Loyal customer.
I always go here for whatever I need. They are really polite and help whenever they can without overcharging you. I tell everyone to go here and have even ridden with a few people to make sure this is where they went. Good job!
